Imagine you sit town for a steak dinner but the only table available is right next to the door. The server tells you it is a great table but you will have to stand up and move every time someone is at the door. But don't worry! It's "not busy today." You get the steak and is is incredible. Mouthwatering perfection. Then after the first taste.... the door interrupted you. And after every bite... the door. That perfect steak eventually becomes McDonald's.

The small things matter. The girls who take the time to help dress you. Maybe tie a shoe. Or just take an extra moment with you. I know some get that experience every time. Maybe because they are VIP or because they spend a lot of time and money there. But it is definitely not as consistent of an experience as it used to be. And how busy it is no doubt plays a huge role in this.

AbqO I think you've had a run of bad luck with it being so busy when you go. I'm there a lot and I just don't see it. The last two times I was there were actually at times that are kinda the rush hours and they weren't busy to the point of distraction. It'll probably help if and when Cici reopens the original shop. Spread the business around a bit...

Yeah I've seen that. And I have been there when it's been busy. Particularly at the original shop. And the first two weeks at the new shop were fairly busy. I've also been there a lot over the last few weeks and it's been so slow that I've often hung out with the girls just talking and sharing a meal because they had zero appointments lined up. I guess business has been coming in spurts (pun intended).

I was there last week seeing Tina. Anna was free the whole time I was there and nobody came to the door while I was there for almost an hour

That's awesome that both of you have had that experience. It just hasn't been mine recently or from what other posts are saying, their's. I'm in no way bashing Cici or the ladies. They are great. I just preferred when the overall experience was better.

I don’t understand

this place clearly says “by appointment only”

so why the issue with the door?
