After reading about Sosua, Puerta Playa, and Punta Cana; I really had not desire to go to those cities. Sounds like most of the working girls there are high volume and probably not as safe as they should be when it comes to STD's. Plus in those places it seems you can end up at regular tourist resorts where you have working girls, their customers, and families all mingling together. That just doesn't seem cool to me, mainly because of how small the world has gotten in terms of everyone being on social media.
I prefer to go to a small place in Juan Dolio that is truly private. The girls that work there are screened and tested regularly, they live on property, are not permitted off property unless they are accompanying a guest, and are low volume. Plus the local restaurants in the area near this place know the girls and know how much business they bring in, so a guy who is with these girls usually gets exceptional service.
