Coconut Oil

I have long known that coconut oil was greatly beneficial to healthy hair. I use it as a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week. But the other benefits were a big surprise to me!

Anyone else here use it on a regular basis? Wonder if we can use it for lube? I'm sure the taste is a huge improvement over astroglide.

I have used it as a mouthwash when I felt a sore throat coming on. It is supposed to have anti-viral/bacterial properties.
But I think it would stain clothing, bedding, etc, like any oil does.
It's also great for stir fry.

I'm a domestic goddess as well, so I can deal with that.

Zippo lighter fluid removes most stains from clothing... Including oil. It even removes tar!!

Oh my... and Cajun is my thing. How about some boudin fritters, too? I would guess that combo would be worth at least a full carat ring...
"Dessert" would probably up that to two carats.

I also love coconut oil because it's the only time I ever qualify for "extra-virgin" anything. Lol!

While on the subject of miracle substances, a while back at the end of an awesome bbbjcim, the provider asked me if I ate a lot of fruit. I do and I asked her how she knew. She answered that jizz from a lot of guys tastes sour but mine did not. Since one of my favorite things is a lady that does not stop until I beg her to, I have since doubled my consumption of pineapple. I have seen this discussed a little on the national board and pineapple juice seems to work just as well.

Good info. I know I avoid asparagus before activity because of the opposite result of fruit. I wonder what other fruits work. I love pineapple but it irritates my mouth.

I would guess that all fruit would do the trick... & coconut is a fruit.

But I will have to keep guessing, since CIM is just not my thing.
