You can see the age spots on her chest in her pics. That's a dead giveaway that she's at least 45.

Yeah, that statement about her age is a complete lie. No one under 45 is using abbreviations like "u" or "r" anymore because AutoCorrect exists. If you see that, they are most certainly over 45.
