Upselling?

im a newbie still going through the verification process and im getting reviews, but im still having trouble figuring out this site. I had recently a review and someone in the comments said I was upselling. I know this is bad but I don't know what it means. can someone explain so I can know and avoid doing that im really trying to become a great provider. PM if u can help thanks.

Up-Selling is when a provider charges extra for what many hobbyist consider should be included in a standard session. Kinda like buying a car and expect it to come with a steering wheel but the dealer charges extra.

if I read a review and the reviewer is giddy over how good a kisser a lady is and I book an appoint because I like kissing only to find out later there is an extra change for kissing it kills the mood. In reading reviews to determine a lady I would like to visit with, consistency is what I'm looking for to help me make a decision.
