On the Main Menu (on left) select: User CP (control panel);

Your Control Panel (on left) select: Edit email & password;

follow instructions

Concerning passwords.

When you screw up entering it and it gives you only so many chances.

Is there a procedure to go through if someone else locks out your account with the maximum number of tries from another IP address? Specifically people trying to hack passwords.

I had some password issues myself last night. Took me forever to finally get it worked out. My laptop crashed earlier in the day... not sure if that had anything to do with it but... anyway... yeah it was a real MF to get back on
