On Purrrsia and This Community

Purrrsia, when I first encountered her in early 2011, was one of the best-kept secrets in the San Antonio escort-client community. Since then, she has built a solid reputation as one of the kinkiest yet classiest ladies among us. She is thoughtful and seductive yet subdued in her showcase, ads, and posts; and appears stylish yet tasteful in public. She has diligently avoided drama, even to the point of warning one of her doubles partners to refrain from snarky remarks in her posts.

Yet, she now finds herself swirling in a maelstrom of drama -- because of, ironically, not her own remarks, but a highly satisfied client's tale of his session with her. Although her inbox is now "BLOWING UP" (her words) from admirers all over the United States, many of the initial reactions were so negative (e.g., "Dammit, Bonn, another that I have to ad [sic] to my DNS..."; and, "I agree with Von, I will not see anyone after Bonn..."), that she worried aloud to me that her reputation had been ruined, and her business would suffer. (It was this out of this anxiety that she had a momentary lapse in judgment, resulting in an enforced week-long "vacation" from our community.)

All because of her choice of session partner.

I find it hard to imagine this person's personality or review style as reason to "write off" providers who've agreed to see him BCD. (If so, then your fucking loss, as SofaKing so aptly stated.) I can only conclude the real concern over Purrrsia's latest admirer is, as Beagle states:

"Hmm.....from what someone told me, there are indications he's indulged in unsafe practices."

You are absolutely right, Beagle, he has. So have you, Beagle. So have I. And so have all of you reading this -- well, all except the one percent of you who do nothing more than lurk about this site and jerk off as you fantasize being one of us who play.

As I recently told my good friend and MFM wingman, Promdate, we're all playing some form of Russian roulette. Each of us has had sex with dozens, even hundreds, of ladies -- each of whom has had sex with dozens, even hundreds of men -- who, in turn, have had sex, and so on. All it takes is one among us to be a carrier of an STD -- symptoms of which may not show for weeks, even months -- to infect a partner, and soon that STD may spread like wildfire.

My point: Never mind the issue of "bareback"; unless we all avoid mouth-to-mouth kissing and uncovered oral, whether giving or receiving, we all risk some degree of catching an STD. Yet most of us overwhelmingly trade safety for pleasure in this respect. Back to my Russian roulette analogy, the only differences among us -- Purrrsia, bonn11, Beagle, myself, all of you -- lie in the number of bullets we load into the chamber, and the number of times we spin it and pull the trigger.

Decide what level of risk you are willing to accept. Against the unacceptable, take appropriate precautions. And above all, lighten up and have some fun.

I have never seen Purrrsia. I have not put her on my DNS list. Think she looks awesome and think we could have fun. When I look at review I don't look at the recommendation yes or no, but see where her line is, will she do to me what I like. I have seen girls that do Greek, if I stopped seeing girls that did Greek I would be lonely.

I get the impression that some guys try to tell a story that makes them look good. I have read reviews on a regular provider of mine and thought that there is no way she did that. How can I even think that or should care since she does what I like.

So we as buyers should want to see girls that do what we like no matter what she does with others, if reading a review will change you mind about seeing a girl. You better stop reading reviews.

Secondly, I really hope all the best for Purrrsia. By all accounts, she's a wonderful person in general.

I do think everyone has the right to make their own choice on who they see and what activities they want to partake it. Just as every has the right to post their opinion. But it still makes me sad that she felt attacked and I wish it didn't happen.

I'm a casual hobbyist. Tame compared to most, and down right puritan compared to bonn. Bonn has every right to share his story, and i chose not to read them after i read the first few. As for Purrsia, she is still one of the best providers that I've seen and one of the best in our community. Not a WK here, just stating facts.She's stayed that way because she's stayed out of the limelight here. This has no effect on me seeing her in the future. Having a milkshake in a review would of caused a stir if it appeared in anyone's review, think savak's style (good story teller for sure) though i dont think even he would go for a milkshake mustache. Alas, it just had to be Bonn.

I have fond memories of Purrsia, and am sorry I haven't been back. Bonn's activities or imagination will have minimal impact on my companion choices. I truly hope Purrsia's hiatus is short-lived and rumours of her moving on are false.

As one who wasn't in the room I have no way of knowing what happened, meaning I don't really know if Bonn's adventures/reviews are accurate representations of the sessions. Most of Bonn's posts seem to be for his own benefit and not mine. I'm not sure that is a bad thing. I do know my interests and Bonn's are quite different, so his adventures/reviews aren't of great value to me when considering future companion choices. I tend to find myself skimming his reviews rather than reading for content. I don't mean that as an insult to Bonn, and I'm certainly not offended at those who see no value in my adventures/reviews.

It does bother me there is no way for a provider to challenge the content of a review without getting banned. Even if the hobbyist shared the ROS prior to publishing, if the provider questions it she/he is toast.
