I've seen her once last year even wrote her a good review. Now when I'd ask her to meet she'll response yes right away. But when I ask her nicely to use as reference to another provider I want to meet. This bitch couldn't b bother n threatened to lie about me n ect.... What a low life skank. I can screen shot all the texts if anyone need evidence. Y do some of these bimbo behave like this. OP is there more to this story? At some point, Cici will probably want to chime in. Not calling bs, as your second post does raise some legit concerns, but I found her to be very professional, in my experience.

Could it be possible that she has a reference policy/timeframe that she gives out references?

You saw her in October 2017. You expect her to remember you? Come on now! I mean why can't you use one of your most recent providers you've reviewed?

I personally do not provide references outside of a three month window.

Nevertheless, it was unnecessary and rude to call her out of her name like this just because she won't give you a reference.
