Do you bring a cover to hobbying?
One provider I met said she is out of condom and suggested me bring my own. Is this a common expectation?

It depends on the provider I suppose. Me myself, I order them in bulk from amazon.com, but not all ladies are that efficient. OR they may go through them more than other ladies.
As a precaution, I would just bring your own 1 or 2 just in case she is out...

I always make sure I have that covered.
Maybe she didn't have the chance to get to a store before she realized she was out of them.
It happens, but I hope it isn't a normal practice. Sounds like a good question to ask a provider after the screening process, and she feels comfortable talking about such things.

Providers usually supply them but it never hurts to keep one or two on you just in case. It's not unusual for a lady to run out or forget to bring them with her, especially when she's just gotten in town if she travels, but it's not the norm. It's easier for single guys to have them and bring them though. Besides, most ladies won't want to lose the money if they guy walks out because she didn't have them.

It's actually common enough w/BP providers: some will text you when you're on your way, "stop & bring condoms" which always pisses me off when I'm already driving, since I have plenty at home myself (now I'm the one who has to say he's not organized--when I remember, I stick 3 in my pocket as I leave the house). Others will ask once you've arrived. There is an expectation among bargain-basement providers that you bring your own about half the time, I've found. I've occasionally run into this w/ECCIE providers, but it's much less common (although I know of one who insists on BYOC).

I also order in bulk, and try to have some what of a variety available.
The few gents that bring their own, do it because they have a preference for a particular type or brand.
I also try to keep female condoms available as well, those are smaller bulk packages, so I tend to run out of them quicker.

You should never have to bring your own cover. That is beyond ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Condoms and lube are the only tools that are absolutely necessary in our trade. They are cheap and you can buy them anywhere, including gas stations these days. If a provider doesn't always have condoms (and lots of them) she's got no business being in this business.

I generally prefer outcalls, so I always have a few covers (I buy them in bulk from condomdepot.com) and a bottle of lube ready on the nightstand. I hate to kill the mood by unnecessary fumbling for a cover at the critical moment, LOL! The few times I do incalls I bring some with me; I prefer Crown over most other brands. Some ladies have latex allergies and supply their own, usually Skyns latex-free condoms, and I've found that those have nice sensitivity as well. Of course, if a lady has a preference, I'll defer to her.

Professional providers have their own equipment. If I had a very strong brand or style preference, I'd bring my own, but keep in mind that a provider may have a preference too. If I were taking a chance on negotiating FS from someone who advertised less, I'd bring my own condom.

I usually bring my own because there is a certain type and the provider may not have them so I always grab them on the way there but that is just me

Crown is my first choice and as thin as they are, I have never had one break. Skyn is my second choice and has been used by most of the Elves I've seen and several other nice providers.

Can happen with BP/CL providers, I've never had it happen with an established provider. I never carry them as I'd hate to forget and have them turn up in the laundry...
