Default the 25th Amendment

Media and other Dems finally asking if Senile Biden should be renominated but not the more urgent questions.

Should he resign immediately?

Should 25th amendment be invoked?

Who is running the White House?

We have an incompetent dementia patient pretending top be President

Uh ohhh…
Replacing Joe Biden on the Ballot is Getting Spicy very Fast.. ️

The Heritage Oversight Project Highlights They Cannot Take Biden off the Democratic Ticket in Three States, for any Reason other than Death or 25th Amendment

• The Heritage Project has set their sights on three swing states.
• Georgia
• Nevada
• Wisconsin

• Wisconsin: does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death.

• Nevada: no changes can be made to the ballot after 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year or 'a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.

• Georgia: If Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election, his name will remain on the ballot but no votes will be counted.

• Texas, the two party's nominees have until the 74th day before the election to withdraw from the ballot.

• Some states, like South Carolina, do not allow candidates to withdraw for political reasons.

• Some states don't have any laws on the books for dealing with a presidential nominee withdrawing, and there is little precedent for such a situation occurring.

The 25th amendment seems like the only way, or death… unless he plans to not run in these states?

The Rockefeller Precedent is looking more and more enticing…

One of the guests on Bongino today suggested another CIA event like John and Robert Kennedys assassinations.

I'd add MLK to that list, and then Joe would make the 4th, and final entry into a nice 4 piece Commemorative plate set to hang on the wall in Democratic households.

"Who's running the country?": Journalist Seymour Hersh wonders why Biden hasn't resigned yet.

"President Joe Biden's drift into the void has been going on for months. Meanwhile, he and his foreign policy aides call for a cease-fire that won't happen in Gaza, while continuing to supply weapons that make a truce less likely.
✔️ A similar paradox is in Ukraine, where Biden is funding a war that can't be won and refusing to participate in negotiations that could end the bloodshed.
✔️ The reality of all this, as I've been told for months, is that the president simply doesn't exist anymore, in terms of understanding the contradictions of the policies he and his foreign policy advisers are pursuing.
✔️ America should not have a president who doesn't know what he signed. People in power should be held accountable for what they do.
✔️ For months I've been hearing about the president's growing isolation from his former buddies in the Senate, who have found that he can't return their calls. One old family friend, whom Biden has turned to for help on key issues since his days as vice president, told me about a complaint call the president made a few months ago. Biden said the White House was in chaos and needed a friend's help.
✔️ The Democratic Party is now facing a "national security crisis." The U.S. is supporting two devastating wars with a president who is clearly unprepared, a Washington political analyst said, and it may be time to start writing a resignation speech.
✔️ Whatever happens, we have a president - now fully exposed - who simply cannot be held accountable for what he does in the upcoming campaign, let alone actions in the Middle East and Ukraine.
✔️ What happened to the 25th Amendment, which authorizes the vice president and most cabinet members to declare the president incompetent? What's going on in the Biden White House?".

The last time Joe Biden lost the New York Times editorial board’s endorsement, it turned out pretty well for him,” Biden campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond told CNN.

How long have magas screamed 25th?
It's propoganda and political rhetoric. It's politics!
Butt not gonna happen!
For many reasons.
One is Biden only has bout 7 months left in this term all while being this late in the election cycle. Also vp would not be approved with this congress leaving speaker of house next in succession. Democrats will not let this happen. The 25 th ain't happening. Magas cant do a thing about it except continue to rage whine.

... WHO is "rage whining" on the GOP side??

NONE of the conservative lads here - actually, we're LAUGHING!

Oh, and YES - a new Vice-President would be approved by this Congress.
Provided that Congress has a say-so in just whom the Dems select.
Crikey! ... Might even approve Fetterman for VP! ....

So, the 25th Amendment idea is very much "in play" here.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ lol

Please read the amendment. In actuality with all the reasons I stated above . Right now only Biden could invoke the 25th. And if he did it would swing the election biggly in the Democrats favor.
Objective thinking reveals truths!

Section 4: Declaration by vice president and cabinet members of president's inability
edit
Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department [sic][note 2][7] or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
