Tipping

This subject has probably been discussed before.
If so, can somebody direct me to that thread?

Question is:
Tipping. How much tip do most tip?
If any.

I always tip unless the session was horrendous.
Even if I have no plans to see the provider again.

But sometimes I get an impression that the provider thinks they're pulling one over me.
For example: you decide to be generous at a strip club, they coo at you in appreciation.
But providers, not so much.

I rarely tip an independent provider. She sets her rates and if that works for her, it works for me.

However, if she does something special to accommodate me: last minute appointment, reschedule for later in the day when I had to call at the last minute, not complain if I am running late ...then $20. One time a provider came over for an extended session, she told me she had to leave by !2p. Time got away from me and it was 1am before I looked at the clock....I gave her $100 for the extra time.

I am with CB on that, if I see an Indy its donation only unless something extra happens. I had a session in New York City and the provider was just so warm and loving that after the session ended she took me to a little coffeeshop and bought us coffee and pastries... she didn't have to do that, so before I left I grabbed a card and put a little extra something nice in it, met her at the same place and gave it to her.
Agency girls I always tip if they gave the effort because I know they split the cash.

Yup, you are already paying for her time (she set the price. If she does something extra or special, I think a tip is in order.

Was that a typo, CB? If she needed to leave by 2pm but stayed till 1AM that would be an extra 9 hours. I'm hoping you didn't give her $100 for 9 hours!

Tips are nice, appreciated, and usually noted to the other girls when discussing a particular gent, but I feel they are totally unneccessary, unless she states going in that tips are expected. H
