Can't be anything but legit. Too nice a neighborhood next to it to be sketchy (I pass by that corner regularly).

Nearby at Eldridge and W. Little York is Relaxation Station and at Eldridge and 529 is 529 Detox. Both are more suited to what you are looking for. KK is close to that also.
