Bobby V's in south Arlington serves Irish Nachos this time of year. Potato slices in lieu of corn chips. Pretty decent.

There's 3 or 4 around 7th street in Ft Worth. Arlington has a ton. The Playwright has the best food from the ones I've been to in DFW, but it's downtown Dallas.
