where to find ROS and how to interpret the fee from a review

I am a new member to this website.. I have been reading many reviews for various providers.. I always come across reviews which says to read Rest of the story (ROS).. This might sound silly... I am wondering where can I find ROS.. Is there any link with in a review that directs to ROS.

Also another question that I have is how to interpret the provider fee reported by reviewers. some reviews shows the fee as $$$.50 or $$$.75 or something like that.. Is the exact fee being screened by the moderators....

These three links are great places to start. It would help if you fully read and understand all the board rules. Reading these links will answer many of your questions and just following that up by reading other areas of the board that you currently have access to.
