I'll be honest. I'm not getting what I want out of my new hobby because I unload to fast. What can I do to get the most of my experience for the 2 of us? I walk away embarrassed and down on myself instead of walking away fulfilled.

Relaxing your PC muscle should make orgasm more controllable.

You can't orgasm as long as that muscle is paralyzed. However, it's very difficult to try and keep it relaxed. I have discovered two methods that might be of interest.

One is to tighten the PC muscle as much as possible as you are orgasming. If you do it right, you won't experience any throbbing or ejaculation, and the orgasm will be cut short, and you can keep going. You can actually hold the cum back and not ejaculate by squeezing the PC muscle as though you are holding back urine, but much tighter. I have heard that this method is bad for your prostate, though. They say the semen goes into your prostate, instead.

The second method is to keep your PC muscle completely relaxed and push like you are trying to piss as you are orgasming. If you do it right, and the PC muscle does not move at all, you won't experience any throbbing, semen will pour out of the urethra all at once, and the orgasm will be cut short, and you can keep going.

As long as you keep the PC muscle relaxed during sex or masturbation, it should delay the onset of orgasm. The two methods above are ways to stop an orgasm midway, after it's already begun.

Go to your doc and get a prescription for an antidepressant. Don't take it every single day though. take day before or day of. Those will keep you from popping. You just have to be careful that if you take it too often or too much for you.....you won't finish at all. There are products....I think in Europe that have both viagra and some sort of antidepressant med in them. Can't remember the name of it.

Lol, thats I was trying to say. I have a new phone that keeps auto-correcting EVERYTHING... My MSOG got replaced with MOST and I missed it. I feel like an idiot now, lol.

DONT try and book hh or less and expect msog
And DONT take forever on the 2nd round
