Oh Fani - get ready for your mugshot
LOL - Shocking I know. A leftist loser DA who filed a bunch of bullshit charges against President Trump and others is now herself in trouble with the law.
I can't wait for the Fani Willis mugshot from the exact same jail she demanded so many Trump appointees turn themselves in to
Fani Willis hired a lead prosecutor (who never tried a felony case) that she was sleeping with, paid him nearly $1M in Georgia tax dollars, and he proceeded to buy plane tickets, cruise, etc for them to go on lavish vacations together
Talk about fraud. It doesn't get more comically corrupt.
A Georgia judge has now scheduled a disciplinary hearing into DA Fanni Willis appointing a romantic partner to oversee Trump's prosecution.

You're forgetting, that any misdeeds Fanny Willis is involved with regarding misappropriation of funding, has absolutely zero to do with the allegations that she represents towards Donald Trump. All the guilty pleas and other damning evidence will still be produced regardless of the distraction that is currently trying to be placed in front of her. If Fanny has anything to answer for, she will - and I'm pretty sure she's going to come out without much in the way of trouble. But of course conservatives will think that would erase all the misgivings in the voter conspiracy charges against them and their dear leader. Typical and naive.

... Crikey! ... Look at that CORRUPTION! ... No doubt that
she'll be investigated for Ethics Crimes!
We're surely covering some o' this in me award-winning
"Fulton County Elections..." thread - over in the
Political forum.
... I do hope that Fani will keep one thing in-mind:
... That NOBODY is above the Law. ...

Yep. None of this forgives trump for his obvious crimes, though his supporters will shout from the rooftops that it does. Lol. Cults are fuckin' nutty.

To quote Jonathon Turley:
The Georgia courts have established that a district attorney should be disqualified when there is a personal interest in the defendant’s conviction (Whitworth v. State, 275 Ga. App. 790, 793, 622 S.E.2d 21 [2005]). In this instance, Willis has staked much of her career on this case and appointed a prosecutor who’s alleged to be romantically involved with her; likewise, if the allegations are true, Willis may have an interest in furthering Wade’s career and benefits. Of course, Trump, the other defendants, and the public are entitled to disinterested prosecutors in this major case.

LOL - I am glad you think that Fani committing fraud is "a distraction"

Turley again
Moreover, the Fulton County Code of Laws § 2-66 bars conflicts of interest “in fact and in appearance.” It expressly states that no “officer or employee shall, by his or her conduct, give reasonable basis for the impression that any person can improperly influence him or her, or unduly enjoy his or her favor, in the performance of any official acts or actions.” These provisions are in addition to prohibitions on the receipt of gifts due to one’s office, such as possibly receiving alleged lavish vacations paid for by your subordinate.
These are just some of the grounds supporting a motion by Michael Roman, one of the defendants in the massive racketeering case brought by Willis.
If these allegations are true, Willis is not just outside of the ethical navigational beacons. She is off the map.

so a prosecutor who would knowingly defraud the state of Georgia by misappropriating funds to her crony's (one of which is allegedly her boyfriend) couldn't possibly be involved in a political prosecution.
who's naive?
if Willis gets removed (she won't recuse herself) it's a stain on her political ambitions.
not exactly what she thought eh?

These are two separate you distinct actions, and as stated before if Annie has improprieties she'll to have to answer for it, and Trump and his co-conspirators will answer for theirs.
It's like saying just cause Fanni likes Wades peepee, that makes the case null and void. Nope
Each case will stand alone on their facts and merits.
A grand jury has already ruled on the case as meeting the merits, so if there's a case to be made against Fanny it's time to put up or shut up.

... Does THIS make sense? ... The Fulton County Board
of Commissioners has initiated a probe into allegations
of Fani's MIS-USING County funds and then receiving
"valuable gifts and personal benefits" from Nathan Wade.
... How's that? ... It makes sense to me. ...
... Ya know, mates... Reckon it's rather ironic that
Fani was surely tryin' like Jill-the-Shel to put Trump
in jail - and now - it's turned-around!
... She might be on her way to the hoosgow!

So you are admitting when you said the following that this was not accurate
Quote:

Because paraphrasing Turley, the remedy for any unethical conduct by the DA may be the removal of the prosecutors.
The removal of Willis and Wade could also prompt the transfer of the case to a different jurisdiction.
And there is most definitely a question of whether a new prosecutor would continue to support this controversial bogus RICO case. Every prosecutor is under a personal obligation to determine whether there is an ethical basis to prosecute. Some prosecutors would likely balk at the tenuous connections used to sweep Trump into this grand conspiracy theory, which many critics believe Willis has pursued for political purposes. Thus, an outside prosecutor might decide it is all bullshit and choose not to proceed

Trump and his gang will still got to jail, like the piece of shit criminal he and his mob are.
Willis isn’t on trial. She didn’t try to overturn the election.
The defendants did.
