This kitchen, is it too hot?

During the past few weeks, I've been more in tune with the risks of the hobby. I pause and wonder if I am cut out for this job.


After seeing an ad here for a beautiful Ark. provider, I looked up reviews here and hit the Little Rock section. There was a long thread about LE efforts with multiple stings.

A member on usa tells about being robbed by a provider and her pimp whilst on his fifth visit.

Every now and then, I read about a cash and dash effort by a lesser-known provider.

As a relatively newbie to the game, I'm unsure how to react. Is the kitchen too hot for me? Do I need to be super careful and only see the cream of the crop? Is this but one ebb of the hobby ocean? Should I forget the drama and get laid pronto?

BTW, I've been on the national forums and some of the gals here are awesome. The women actually have writing skills, wit, and wickedly naughty minds. IMO, the quality of women here is second to none.

I've bounced around a few forums and have found my new home here.

Nice post..... It is always good to do your homework. The safest way in my opion is to see only well reviewed provider's but, however it's the thrill and the wild streak that keeps one living in this life style. Stay on your game and they say practice makes perfect!!!! best of luck xoxo chere

Oh dear. LR is kind of a world unto itself. Including the fact that LRPD seems to have nothing better to do than hassle providers. I guess because, y'know, there's no other crime in LR at all anymore. That's good to know; I'm going to be visiting a friend there soon, and I know that we can go to dinner confident we won't get mugged.

Do your due diligence, check reviews, avoid the temptation to rely too heavily on Backpage, stay low and duck the shrapnel. However keep in mind there are inherent risks to the hobby, and you can only minimize them, you can't make them go completely away.

AR has definite issues - esp LR. I know many AR ladies who don't even work in the state. I roll through UTR, minimal advertising and 99.9% only see established clients.

USA...well....play in the toilet you will get crapped on.

Chere said it all and said it best - Research. There are some awesome local ladies and usually quite a few touring ladies. Just ask around.

I'm a part of the Arkansas group, and I can attest to the problems that have happened in the state. However, most of it has been in Little Rock. For some reason, LRPD considers the hobby to be worthy of their time. When the city is on national top ten lists for most violent crimes, I can't imagine why, but history proves it true. I am very careful in the hobby by nature, and in the more recent climate, I'm even more careful. If you read and post for awhile on this board, you can get to "know" some in the hobby scene and stay a little safer when you finally decide you want to get to "KNOW" them. Don't give up.

It's election time...nuff said. Bottom line is if you screen it makes no difference where you go. Just because you may not know about cops in an area does not mean they're not around lol. Don't screen any differently no matter the reason, and you will save yourself a lot of hassle and paranoia. When I first moved to New Orleans, the Kenner area was red hot with busts and stings for escorts...1.5 years there and I never had an issue.

If you are on the client side of the equation set a standard of what you expect and consider reputable. Is it 5, 10, or 20 reviews, a personal website, or word of mouth utr types....all will help alleviate most of your concerns.

The ladies are right do your research. Just like we have to do ours it is just as important for gentlemen to do theirs. Don't make it easy for those officials to catch you. Just be careful and use the big head and you should be fine darlin. This is a great board with good solid reputable people (men and women).
