They used to be -- Charles Chips is a company that delivered chips right to your door! At least they used to have delivery guys when I was a kid.

Never heard of 'em, I see they're in Amish country. I'm guessing they were a local/regional outfit. I grew up in Brooklyn, didn't see them there or in any of the five boroughs. In the pic on their website their chips look yummy! And every single one is a whole, complete chip!

i remember when old dutch potato chips came packed in a box..2 bags per box..

that would be bad for me all the way around..chips delivered every morning to my door like milk in bottles...
