This thread has been started many times in various forms and forums, but I thought I would give it a shot:

I am going on a Carnival Cruise out of Galveston this weekend to Cozumel. Is anyone else going? (especially providers)

If not, does anyone know anything about providers on cruises? Do they exist?

Any advice on play in Cozumel would be good too. Ive been to the Salsa Club, but that is it.

Thanks in advance, and hopefully this doesn't quickly turn into a joke thread like many do, haha.

Pretty pointless to look for a provider going on same cruise. You can bring your own lol, seen guys do it not a good thing. There are similar sites to this one best bet is to join a roll call for your ships departure date. Maybe some single chicks there. Otherwise just scout the action on the ship I got hit on by old lady once she was 70 easy and drunk as a skunk. Ships are in port for short time and carnival WILL NOT WAIT. I have done princess and they will call for you for a little while but the carnival will leave your ass quick. Do not go looking for the action would be my advice. To much goes down in mexico to fast to get out of it. I played in coz many years back it was in a place similar to what they say las palmas looks like. Just not worth it.

FYI they have a singles cruise. You can even choose if you want a roomie or not. They will pick her/him for ya.

Carnival = hot younger girls to play with.
Royal Caribbean = Sugarmommas with hot young daughters.

My cruise advise. Splurge for the big room with balcony. You can use that in your pickup strategy with the girls. Most of them will be in a cheap room, alot of times a interior with no window or anything. They all want to see the balcony rooms "hint hint"

Been on 8 cruises, 7 of them as a single. Been laid on all 8 of them. Nuff said.

Your stay in Cozumel will be about 7 hours. Not saying that is not enough time, just seems like a waste to only go there to play. As mentioned above look for action on the ship the club is open late and the casino bar was a good area for me.

Sorry, should have clarified. Ive been on about 15 cruises in my life, and at least 6 that stopped in Cozumel. So, I understand the ins and outs, so to say. However, this is the first time going single. Also, seeing how I leave Thursday, its a little late to change what type of room I have (at least most likely). I will probably do the pool during the day, gamble after dinner, and then hit the lounges late. Any additional advice? (also, im younger than the average hobbyist)

How old is the average hobbyist? Why not just say I'm in my 20's or 30's or 40's or 50's. I have no idea what you think or what is the average age of a hobbyist.

I went on the carnival cruise you are about to go on, its pretty easy to get laid because the nightclub at night is a hotspot for girls who are super drunk....just find a drunk girl and ask her if she wants to see your room....haha it worked for me

a couple cute girls approached me and my friends and I bought them a few drinks and started making out with one until the friend cock blocked me...

In Mexico, walking distance from the port is a whore house but the girls are hideous....

Ive been to Cozumel MANY times on cruises and most of the places where ladies play arent really going till a little later which is a no-go on a cruise. When I have stayed in Cozumel at a resort the local cab drivers have directed me to places to play. As others have said its pretty sketchy and the places are like Las Palmas II or any of the Cantinas you may see in Juarez or Laredo.

as soon as you get off in Cozumel, straight ahead on the right should be a cantina like las palmas except the women were middle aged, fat, and ugly....they will wave, and blow kisses if try to look their way....but do not or you will lose your appetite

I found this online and bookmarked the page. This map shows the "fun spots" in Cozumel, Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Merida. Sorry tenaciousd, I know you're already back from your cruise, I just noticed the thread. But perhaps it will be useful for others who are Yucatan bound.

Taking a provider on a cruise seems pointless to me. It would be like bringing food to a restaurant. In this case a free one.

Exactly. It's like shooting fish in a barrel. Take a shower after the day at the pool, hang out and the lounge/club with the most targets, and have fun.

These would be probably the worst choices for a guy who wants to cruise and have fun, unless he has a GILF fetish. Expensive cruises are populated with retirees.
