Thumbs down Ladies! A observation that could be risky!

To all my fellow providers. I have noticed lately a LOT of gentleman waiting in the car for 10, 15 and this morning, 25 minutes! I am 99.5 % sure they are waiting to see a lady. I know for a fact that some of the neighbors complain and know EXACTLY what is going on.

Please, please tell your clients to not sit and wait in the car while waiting to see you.

To the men......If you do not want to draw attention to yourself, don't sit and wait in the car. If your early, go to the store and wait in the parking lot.

I hope I'm not coming across bitchy, but I cringe when I see this. Sometimes I want to go to the guys car and say...dude! Your sticking out like a sore thumb here. Everyone here knows what your doing. The 75 year old lady looking out the window in front of your car is shaking her head.

This is just a loving, friendly reminder
Have a fantastic week, and weekend!

XOXO,
Lindsay Lee

That actually makes plenty sense. I always think it's best for a gent to not be too early and wait till he knows exactly what to do, so it he can blend in like he lives there or is a guest staying at that hotel.

I know I have sometimes noticed guy sitting in a hotel parking lot and the first thing I think is I wonder what provider he is waiting for.

You sure it's not the cops, hanging around the area.

I'm sure. I see it all day long. My window faces the parking. I have had Many clients show up early and want to just sit and wait. I politely ask if they can go drive around the block or sit at the store till the booked time. If I'm ready sooner, I let them know.

Again, I'm not trying to be bitchy....just pointing out something that needs to be addressed.

Damn, I thought I'd never beat that game of Sudoku.

Lindsay, you are right about not lurking in the vicinity of the incall if early. It would attract unwanted attention and could cause nosy intrusion that may get the lady in trouble.

I am often early (I will not be late) and go to a nearby commercial parking lot for some light shopping to kill time. Stopping in those places to text or otherwise get some work done is not unusual.

I have often finished conference calls or sent a few emails from my car while in the hotel parking lot when I am there for business. I simply find it easier than being that guy on the phone walking through the lobby on the phone. Now I am going to be all paranoid when I do this. Thanks!

sarcasm aside, I think this is more of finding patterns where you are looking for them. I think it is a stretch to say all, or most, guys sitting in a car in a hotel lot is waiting for the all clear from an escort. In fact until right now I never really thought about it, but when I am at a hotel to see someone depending on the hotel I'll walk in and go to the bar, or use the facilities, simply because I have to reason to be in my car (unless it is to hear the ending of Bela Lugosi's Dead which means I could be there for another 10 minutes or so)

I am referring mainly to private locations. Condo's, apartments, ect.... But, if there have been complaints in any area, even a hotel, it's best to be safe than sorry.

But for the most part, I am referring to private locations :-)

Nice thread. I agree. At least maybe act like you're looking for something in your car if waiting for your response to come on up. (Lol I've done that before waiting in the parking lot of a bar for my friend that was about to pull up so I didn't look stupid. And now I've just told on myself )

A good reminder about discretion. You may think you're blending in- but if you're part of a regular pattern of guys who sit parked by that unit- people will notice.

Well unless it's that one complex in Addison where you could probably see 3-5 guys parked 5 minutes before the hour all day.

I always have my guys wander aimlessly around the building with their johnsons hanging out and yell out at the top of their lungs, "I NEED A NURSE STAT!!!" Works every time.

Omg that is too funny! Got the mental picture and everything. Thank you for the belly laugh

Thank you for reminding everyone about this. That's why I always ask for a call when arriving. I hate for anyone to draw attention to themselves or to me.

When it comes to an Incall appointment I always try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes ahead of our appointment time. If know I'm going to be earlier than 15 minutes (probably because of better traffic than anticipated) I'll just find a 7-11 or gas station to pull in and get a soda or something to kill a little time.
I don't like to be late because that's disrespectful to the provider. If' it's dark and I arrive a little earlier then no worries..not many people are going to notice, but if it's daytime I just pull out my cell phone and surf the net or pretend I'm talking just look like I'm busy.

Default The other side of the story

I've done this twice over the years (sat outside in my car waiting). On both occasions I wasn't more than a couple of minutes early for the scheduled time, allowing time to walk from my vehicle to the incall door.

Regarding the second occasion, the provider was late getting to her incall. She kept texting that she wasn't far away, I wound up twiddling my thumbs outside her place for 20 minutes - I didn't leave because I expected her "at any moment". She did show up after 20 minutes. She was my ATF at the time, it wasn't a common occurrence and I had no time constraints that day. So no harm/no foul - but the circumstance (sitting outside her place) wasn't of my doing.

On the first occasion, I drove to another city about an hour away. I had business to conduct and scheduled to see the provider prior to my business meeting. I confirmed the time with her the day before because I didn't have a generous amount of time after our appointment before I traveled half way across town for my business. She assured me it would be no problem ... turned out it was a problem. I called her for the room number when I got to her apt complex. She had told me the general area to park in the night before; I didn't know it, but as it happened that put me near her apartment. No answer, so a few minutes later I texted her in case she had been in the shower or something. Fifteen minutes later, I get a text saying she's not through getting ready and she will text me when she is ready. I call to remind her that I have a close window on time but get voice mail again. Another 10 minutes, get a text that she is almost ready. Another 10 minutes and I realize that there is no way to do even a short session now and make it to my business appointment on time. So I am in the process of texting her my regrets when she texts me to come up. I went upstairs and told her sorry, am out of time now and am leaving. That's when she told me she had got in late in the morning from partying (it was mid-morning by this point), maybe we could do a reduced fee quicky. I said I was sorry, but I was out of time and had to go. When I declined to pay her a half-rate fee anyway for the privilege of being inconvenienced, and she got pissed off!

I totally agree Lindsey. Not a good situation for anybody. Communication is a must.

I was left hanging at a gate for nine minutes once without a working code. So I left that really awkward very uncomfortable situation. And she called me a flake. Nine minutes is way too long time for me too.
