Is there any difference between the two $250 memberships...?

I'm looking to upgrade my membership here; there are two $250 Lifetime memberships, but it's not clear what the differences are to someone who's not familiar with the upgraded membership side of this site. One is called "Premium Access" and the other is called "Elite VIP Member" with "Lifetime Premium Access". They are both $250, is one an add-on to the other, or are they mostly the same thing?

Does anyone know for sure, or from experience? I'm looking to be sure before I buy one of them. I originally thought they were the same thing, but besides having different names and being in two different categories, one of the differences that stands out is that one has a 1,000 message storage and the other a 5,000 message storage, so they're definitely different, but I'm wondering in what other ways that I'm not realizing.

So it's not just me? I tried for 3 weeks to get replies how I can spend $250 and it took 3 emails to get me a answer on paying with BTC and they still didn't answer both questions. Is there a better forum than here? Or is it because of the geographical zone and who manages it? I thought I didn't ask in a proper way or something that I was being ignored. So this is normal?
