Need help looking for a tattoo artist

I'm looking for a tattoo artist that's good at cover ups. Planning on doing a forearm sleeve and would like to cover up the old tattoo that's on the same forearm. Any suggesting would be greatly appreciated.

I've been told that Artistic Encounters is very good with cover ups but it's hearsay. I don't have personal intel on that company.

A small disclaimer: I have no tattoos but they're intriguing to me. Watching tattoo shows is a guilty pleasure. On more than one occasion, I've found myself in a tattoo shop telling myself, "Is now the time?"

Anyway, good luck on the sleeve. If you like American Traditional, you cannot go wrong with Elm Street. Know you're asking about a cover up, though. They seem to do it all very well.

I don't know what area you're located, but the crew at scarecrow in Wiley seem to be pretty good. I haven't had anything covered up, so I really could tell you about their skills on that.

Have you tried yelp or even a Google search? You should find better results than a hooker site.
