Incall Outcall Rates

It would appear some ladies post incall rates higher than outcall rates and some post outcall rates higher than incall.

I can think of some reasons for both;

Cost of getting a room.
Cost of driving to a client.

Just wondering if there are any other factors that figure in?

Definitely the room cost. I don't stay in Super 8s. If all of my dates were outcall I would be a happy camper.

It also has to do with what sort of appointment a lady prefers. If she prefers outcall, then she may offer a lower outcall rate to encourage outcalls, or vice versa.

Most local clients prefer IC, don't we? One more customer will beat room cost.

So, my follow-up question would then be... At what point (if ever) do you as a provider feel comfortable in allowing an established client to come to a personal residence rather than meeting at a hotel? Obviously, there's a reduced cost to the provider (or to the client depending on the particular arrangements), but what factors most weigh-in on the decision to host from your residence? Certainly, safety and security are primary, but I'm not talking about a 1st-time client here. Do you still want to draw that distinct line between personal and business?

In the relatively small number of ladies I have seen in this hobby, there has been a fair share of ladies that I have seen at residences. And some repeat visits, as I said, after the provider has a comfortability factor assured, have changed from hotels to their residences. Just curious...

Cats are cool but if they are hamsters or Guinea Pigs it is not.

A mute dog is also cool.
