Odd how Spearmint and RS Foot gets closed yet Helene's, Just Relax and Golden Spa et al continue on. Is it the neighboring residents and/or businesses generating complaints?

I could assume it was probably neighboring businesses complaining and forcing landlord to not renew lease.
Re-Vital in north Austin comes to mind,the tenants in that Center blew up about that parade of people going in and out and sitting in the parking lot waiting to go in.

If the neighbors don’t complain no problem, the Amos that face older women and have been here a very long time seem immune they don’t rotate as much so trafficking is not an issue, the legitimate spas hate these HJ facilities so could be a little jealousy

Does anyone know if they reopened. I texted over the weekend and they said they were open. Asked if they changed location and never got a text back. Any intel would be great i always liked this spot
