Actually, I've been informed that it's perfectly acceptable for a pimp to also have a personal account, with PA access! The caveat is that they are not allowed to review, or comment on the reviews, of the girls in their stable, and the reward for doing so is their personal account will be permanently banned - if they're exposed!
