LE Activity West of Stadiums/435

Had my first close call tonight!

Made late night plans with what - for all accounts - is a very reputable provider. Tells me her incall is at an economy-rate motel west of the stadiums and 435. I'm relatively new to KC, but have heard enough to be a bit hesitant. The woman has a good reputation and glowing reviews, so I decide it's worth the gamble.

I arrive early and drive around for about fifteen minutes.

I text at our appointed time, and she replies that she's not ready yet and will be a few minutes. I tell her that's fine.

By this time, I was close to the incall again and spot an unmarked cruiser in a parking lot a two blocks away. Another ten minutes go by, and I decide to pull into the incall - as another SUV is leaving (not LEO, but suspicious timing in the middle of the night).

As I pull in and turn off the lights, another unmarked cruiser pulls into the side road used to get into the parking lot. I notice him, wait for a few minutes, and then decide there's too much heat and I need to get out of the kitchen.

Cramped parking lot, and as soon as I start to back out, he pulls into the lot.

I thought he was going to block me off, and the game was up.

Fortunately, he doesn't. I inch by, give him a nod and wave, and continue at the legal speed limit away from the incall.

As I pull out onto the main road, I notice the other unmarked still in the lot and another SUV behind me (not sure of its relation to the first). SUV stops next to the median in the road to pick up someone standing there.

I was focused on getting out of the situation, so I'm not sure if it was a man or woman standing in the tree-planted median.

Still, situation freaked me the fuck out, especially given the fact it was supposed to be a reputable provider.

I have no idea of her involvement, but wasn't going to take any chances with further communication by risking that. Could be just cops know this location to be a Hobby hot spot. Who knows? All I know is that if I would have got out of my vehicle and headed to a door, it would have been very bad for me.

That's what I get for taking a gamble on an incall location I wasn't sure of.

U coulda used my name, I don't care cuz I know that u were just being paranoid...which is pretty common, but anyone that knows me knows I'm DEF not a cop or associated with them in any way lol...
Careful is one thing, but too paranoid to grow a sack & say ur not comfy n leavin is another. I have no control over who may be staying in same hotel or area & damn sure didn't see what u were even talking about...

~Also, without giving address, Days Inn's are generally decent places to stay, right ppls...?

FYI ... the area you are referring to is common floating zone for LEO on a regular basis!!! How do I know... I have utilized rooms in that area often since I relocated to KCMO. And Viv, I've had peanut heads back out because of the same situation in that area.
FIRST OF ALL.. if LEO was doing a sting YOU WOULDN'T SEE THEM...DUH THE RED TRUCK. Incompetency agitates me!! AND Mr. Parashitstir were you NOT AWARE THAT THE WS IS IN FULL EFFECT IN THIS CITY... probably a lot of LEO everywhere at this particular time..

By pulling out like that being all paranoid tends to set leos Spidey sense tingling, next time call or text said lady instead of acting paranoid & more suspicious.

IMO if you had some suspicions the OP should have reached out to the provider who by what I can tell has a stellar reputation before leaving.

Omnipresence is what the cops use to make you fear you will get caught.

Funny thing though is every time a cop or alleged unmarked is nearby it has to do with a provider because god knows that's the only illegal shit happening

I can see the combination of staff edit: removing comments re medical conditions-s31 makes for a loopy sensibility.

OP's first problem was not even thinking right off the bat that that area would be good for a session during the World Series. AVOID

And sorry Vyvian but next time do your homework and find out if anything big is going on at a city before heading this way. Switch your incall to further away from those areas. Something as big as the World Series is going to have more LE locally active but also bring out of state, and who knows, maybe federal LE for extra security.

I don't care if my ATF is in town, I'm not touching that area....
