Donald Trump received a huge welcome during his visit to India this week, but his pronunciation of two cricket legends hailing from the nation didn’t go to plan.

The 45th President of the US was speaking at Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad on Monday when he paid credit to India for the fine cricketers they have produced.

“This is the country where your people cheer on some of the world’s greatest cricket players, from Sachin Tendulkar to Virat Kohli,” Trump said.

But it didn’t go according to plan after butchering the names and instead pronouncing ‘Soo-chin Tendulkar’ and ‘Vir-ot Kohli’.

The pronunciation had social media in stitches.

This included the English cricket team with fast-bowlers Stuart Broad and Jimmy Anderson getting in on the fun.

Vote for Biden - is a vote for his VP to be POTUS - and H.... is positioning herself to be the VP at a minimum in the DNC "brokered" convention.
