You can buy those pumps, and they're not very expensive. Once, my urologist gave me a prescription for one that would have cost over $400 if I'd gone out to try to buy it myself from the medical equipment store. Sorry, I digress...

Anyway, I've tried a couple of different pumps, and for me they were painful, but it was not a lasting pain or excruciating. Besides being painful, they really didn't do much in the way of pumping me up and did not produce anything that could even remotely be called an erection.

Porn films are not the way to learn to use a pump. Like sex, you have to use them slowly and take your time. Otherwise, they can be a bit painful.

They are more for filling what you have when it doesn't do so naturally. I think the claims of enlargement are exaggerations.

I guess if it hadn't been filling to capacity and you used a pump, you might attribute the larger than normal size to the pump. However, it's only as large as it is and the pump helped fill it more than usual.
