We should be aware that it’s not just Fox News that lies to it’s audience, it’s the ENTIRE right wing infotainment industry.
Extremists like Dan Bongino and Ben Shapiro are just as guilty of lying to their audience as is Fox News. These charlatans also spread their lies for profit.
Will the slack jawed, drooling maga morons that listen to this garbage awaken to the fact that they’re being lied to?
Of course not! They’re slack jawed, drooling, hateful, racist, maga nitwits. They NEED and ENJOY the lies. It’s their drug of choice.
So as long as there is a market for these lies, there will be suppliers willing to sell their souls for a buck.

i read the article and first, consider the source, CNN, not exactly an unbiased outlet, obviously wants to slant this in favor of Dominion at the expense of their news rival FOX. now reading it, the comments made by Murdoch are hardly the smoking gun CNN wants to clam it is.
what it shows is that FOX was initially divided on the claims with several favoring the claims and others not, most notably Carlson and Ingram. Murdoch clearly did not think the claims held up from the start and while he could have directed FOX to drop the coverage or at least express some skepticism about them opted not to, unlike his other news rivals regularly do, such as Bezos and the editor staff of the NY Times to name a few that are known to tightly control the "opinions" of their papers.
now about skepticism, as the story developed Carlson in particular
on air did offer Powell and presumably Giuliani as well to appear on his show to show proof of their claims. this after a period of time where Powell in particular had not shown any proof while continuing her claims in various press conferences, covered i should note, by all of the media outlets, not just FOX. it was news. reporting on the claims is not a case to be made that FOX openly endorsed them, merely that they reported them.
that Murdoch stated he may do things differently in hindsight means nothing more than as events evolved he took a somewhat hands off approach which in general appears to be his management style, again unlike his rivals such as Bezos. does anyone here think Bezos bought the Washington Post to
not use it to advance his views? of course he did and it's not working out too well for him as unlike FOX who is raking in cash, the Washington Post is bleeding cash. now that analogy is not apples to apples as FOX is a cable news outlet compared to the WaPo a newspaper. so let's circle back to a fair comparison, CNN. CNN is also bleeding cash and laying off staff. FOX is not.
i'd advise our friends here to resist the leftist clickbait as this evolves and not jump to conclusions that only one side of the story may indicate.
