BA, is that a photo of you in the avator? Is it current?
The word "smaller" is a relative term and is used to compare two items or people.
I take it from you post that you used to be a size 16-18 and now you are a 12. Right?

Although many might disagree, I call myself fat, because I can always lose some weight, which fluctuates. The last time I was at the "recommended" weight (which is pushed by insurance companies) people who knew me thought I was sick. Depending on the time of year, etc., I average about 10 to 20 pounds overweight all the time .. with the high range during the winter months when I typically stay less active.
I don't like to tell people they are "fat" ... but prefer to say you are "over weight" or "let's be honest, you can lose some weight."
But being "average" in this country should not be a goal, regardless of the topic. Maybe the last word ... you are relatively new on this board, but as a word of caution, asking questions about "weight" on here is not something for the insecure to do ... there are some gentlemen on here who are brutally honest in their responses.
