I mean, the guy who bought the business is apparently using his personal phone number and is getting auto-completed by Caller ID which is hilarious. And is going to probably get this shut down a lot faster than anything else.



But, again, this is a review site. There is a lot of room to discuss the impact of reviews on providers. But people love to spam all the details of every single time they get their dick wet, if only to get a few days of premium so they can read all those ROS posts. You seem to have a problem with reviews being written so this might not be a great site for you to hang out at?

I don't have a problem with reviews being written. I have a problem with the lack of common sense on display. At this point there have been 6 verified raids in two months. The person in question here has been targeted. This is just a very bad time to be writing reviews and putting a spotlight on our local AMPs. Especially those that have already had issues with LE. It's really not hard to see the need for a little discretion.

Then if you think reviews are causing significant problems, maybe you should consider discussing this with the site admins rather than continuing to whine every time the people who bought Cici phone book come up?

Jeez... I give up. LE is actively going after AMPs right now and reviews are part of the Intel they use to get warrants to raid. It's not just one AMP that has been hit. Tbone those dudes just don't get it and this being a review site allows them to review it. Is it smart to review known targets? Absolutely not but these are the type of people that probably don't care about it until their caught in it. This city is dry as fuck and not everything good needs to be reviewed and I get that.

All in all cici and her crew will end up going away again because people can't keep their mouth shut and just enjoy the ride.

6 raids? Only knew of 3. LE is def targeting amps. But let's not act like all the reviews here always led to a raid. Pretty much every Asian massage place in town are doing extras. Everyone knows it. It's only when a spot gets very popular, neighbors complain, or LE suspect human trafficking, does LE do anything about it.

Sure discretion is a thing, but one review isn't going to send the boys in blue a knocking.

I mean, let's be real, the amount of reviews/threads about that one "business" was insane. Add that to one person basically running a free ad campaign...made the business insanely popular, to the point clients were double and sometimes triple booked back to back. That kind of foot traffic is gonna get neighbors attention, even "cool" neighbors.

Plus they have been other amp reviews on here since these raids started happening...no one says anything about discretion in those reviews. But when this business is mentioned recently, "discretion" comes up. I suspect some have gotten too close to the business.

But whatever...it's all hilarious to me. Like the comedian in watchmen.

And for those in contact with the "managers"...tell the dude that brought the phone book to change his number and/or stop the caller ID from showing his real name. That'll shut the business down faster than one review here.

Let's just say there is a reason I led with that tidbit in this thread...




But yeah. I very much agree that reviews drastically increase the risk factor for providers. It is why I generally only write them when I think the information outweighs the risk since I am a punter first and have gotten a lot of useful information from sites like this. And I do think the requirements for premium (which reveal a lot more info) are way too specific... which is why I generally won't bother unless I think that information is "worth it". And... there is also the question of how many reviews are "real" versus people making up shit for premium or providers advertising for themselves.




But if people truly do care about protecting the providers by not doing reviews on a review site? Whinging every time a specific business that is now under new ownership by Some Dude Whose Name We All Have is mentioned doesn't do anything. Actually reaching out to site staff... probably won't either. But it will at least have a snowball's chance.
