While there is a risk involved, it's a very small risk compared to BBFS. Some are transmitted skin to skin, some require an open sore or cut, some just require sexual fluids.
Women are more susceptible to acquiring something than men but still the chances are slim.
While it's impossible to tell by just looking at a person, if you see something funky just walk away.

Biggest problem with BBJ? TEETH!!! Does anyone actually like when a girl rubs their teeth up and down the shaft? I hate that!
Other than that? I need BBJ. If a girl is CBJ only and I didn't know and scheduled her, I usually just skip the BJ altogether. I can't keep a hard on with that and the visual is totally ruined.

Agreed, It also depends on how well that girl.in.question takes care of themselves; it's possible to be exposed to stuff and never be infected by it simply by having a superb immune system and strong peripheral immunity as well...
It comes down to the same factors that determine everything to do with health in general...stress, diet, genetics etc...
As a general note though, the pathology of the girl is very important - STAFF EDIT - PD

@albundy...I like a bit of teeth...if done right it can be quite the stimulus.
@Thomas...again...it depends on the provider...if it's a full on sloppy wet bob fest I can't hang like I used to in my 20s or 30s. But I've had some wonderful experiences where I was receiving oral for a good 30 mins.
My issue is usually finding someone willing to snowball. Yes, I'm sure ya'll find it gross. To each their own.

Maybe I haven't found the girl who can use her teeth right? I don't know. Generally, I prefer soft and wet instead of hard and sharp when it comes to junior.
