I'm looking to trade a large tax exempt white house in D.C. for a one hour session.

It has 132 rooms, 35 bathrooms, and 6 levels in the residence. There are also 412 doors, 147 windows, 28 fireplaces, 8 staircases, and 3 elevators.

The current tenant's lease is up Jan 20th 2017.

You must be willing to hop up and down on one leg while clucking the Star Spangled Banner with a rubber chicken suit on for the entire session.

i heard a few of the previous tenants were killed while living there.
I think that place is haunted.....atleast one of the bedrooms anyway
