Trump’s piss boy is headed into the history books. The book reserved for indicted and convicted attorney generals. He can keep John Mitchell company.

Horowitz report is damning for the FBI and unsettling for the rest of us
BY JONATHAN TURLEY, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR — 12/09/19 04:00 PM EST
What, you thought I couldn't find an article that contradicts your article? Come on man.
The Leftist cling to one thing and one thing only, that Horowitz couldn't find "evidence" that Comey's FBI acted with "political bias" in starting "Crossfire Hurricane". Remember this is the same Horowitz that said he didn't think he could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Peter Strozok's obvious bias/ hatred of Trump in any way stopped him from being fair in his investigating Trump. So why was Strzok fired if he did nothing wrong?
Horowitz asked each participant "did you act with political bias" and each said NO! Well, there you go, nobody acted with political bias. Don't believe your lying eyes. As I pointed out in another thread, the singular admission from Comey that he sent agents into the White House without going through proper channels, something he wouldn't have done under Bush and Obama because he thought he could "get away with it" in the new Trump administration, is the very definition of "acting with political bias". He did it only to Trump because he had it in for Trump. It can't be read any other way.
That's the extent of the "good news" for Comey and the left and even that will only hold water till the Durham report comes out and contradicts even that. The rest of the Horowitz report is devastating to the FBI and to Brennan who the report confirms lied to Congress when he said the Steele dossier had nothing to do with the Intelligence assessment used by everybody including the FISA applications that had 17 "errors" all to the detriment of Trump and at least one FBI lawyer will be criminally prosecuted for his "mistakes"to the point that present FBI head Wray says he will have to revise his FBI from top to bottom because of all the "mistakes" and "omissions" found in the report.
Remember how we have been told for 3 years by Comey that all the FISA applications were spotless, by the book? Well, not so much. Remember how Comey told us for 3 years that the Steele dossier was "insignificant" in obtaining the FISA warrants? Uh, not so much. No dirty, unverified Steele dossier and there would have been no warrants given according to 2nd in command McCabe. And the biggest piece of exculpatory evidence left out of the application was that this guy Page who Comey represents is a Russian spy had previously worked for the CIA and was praised for his work. Just a minor detail they left out of the application.
This report was a bombshell against the FBI but all you get from CNN and MSNBC is the headline "FBI vindicated" and that the FBI never put spies "inside" the Trump campaign, they just wore a wire without telling those in the campaign that they were being "spied on", surveilled if you prefer.
This isn't over until the US Attorney sings. That's going to be a whole different story than this report. Watch Horowitz get grilled tomorrow in the Senate Judiciary hearing.

The IG report confirmed what everyone on the right has been saying for months.
Quote:
Just how bad was the FBI’s Russia FISA? 51 violations and 9 false statements
To understand just how shoddy the FBI’s work was in securing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant targeting the Trump campaign, you only need to read an obscure attachment to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report.
Appendix 1 identifies the total violations by the FBI of the so-called Woods Procedures, the process by which the bureau verifies information and assures the FISA court its evidence is true.
The Appendix identifies a total of 51 Woods procedure violations from the FISA application the FBI submitted to the court authorizing surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page starting in October 2016.
A whopping nine of those violations fell into the category called: “Supporting document shows that the factual assertion is
inaccurate.”
For those who don’t speak IG parlance, it means the FBI made nine false assertions to the FISA court. In short, what the bureau said was contradicted by the evidence in its official file.
To put that in perspective, former Trump aides Mike Flynn and George Papadopoulos were convicted of making single false statements to the bureau. One went to jail already, and the other awaits sentencing.
The FBI made nine false statements to the court.

"I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff. However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S. Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened." - US Attorney John Durham

IG Report Finds FBI ‘Fell Far Short,’ Made ‘Serious’ Errors In FISA Application To Surveil [AKA: 'SPY ON'] Trump Campaign
"We identified at least 17 significant errors or omissions in the Carter Page FISA applications, and many additional errors in the Woods Procedures," the investigation found.

IG Horowitz & FBI director Wray both tried to downplay the bias in the FBI's HQ staff. they tried to brush assign those mistakes as unintentional errors.
please.. do they they we are stupid?
that goes for Comey too.
