Yup a fight that should've happened a while ago if Mayweather wouldn't have put so many stipulations up but sure I'll start! Mayweather has always seleted weaker opponents. Next?

I am a huge boxing fan - and have followed boxing across all the weight classes since I was a kid.
This is a fight I have been waiting for - for a very long time. I wish it would have happened before Pac got knocked the fucked but never the less it is still exciting. I will be at the fight and yup I dropped some cash on my ticket but I want to be there...
Love him or hate him....Floyd can set the rules of engagement which is what he did. Don't forget that he was under that sleeze bag Bob early in his career and there was still a lot of animosity between the two...
Either way....it's about time...

You may want to revisit Mayweathers record, he has always selected top opponents. I'm not his biggest fan, but I am a boxing fan. This will be an easy fight. Btw, someone told me Mayweather wins by punching and running..... Very interested in hearing a better strategy

This fight is about 8-10 years past due.
What's sad is it is still the premier fight for the sport.
Heard this morning that the contract still isn't signed.
I remember watching the heavyweights battle it out on ABC's Wide World of Sports when I was younger and later Sugar Ray Leonard and Duran. Sure, even then most of the title fights were rebroadcasts but you could shield yourself from the outcome if you wanted to.
I never have and never will pay for a PPV fight. Last fight I saw was Delahoya v Vargas. Got into a friend's club to see it. Probably wouldn't have even bothered but Jim Rome really promoted that fight hard on his show.
Promoters have totally fucked up this sport for short term gain instead of focusing on long term growth. The heyday that was the 70's could have taken boxing to a different level but it was moved out of the mainstream over greed. More kids have been exposed to boxing thru the Rocky movies than through actual events and promotion. WWE and MMA do way better jobs of promoting to the masses. The only thing we get from boxing is a glimpse of possible new talent every 4 years through the Olympics.

Hey, just 2 more consecutive wins and Floyd will tie Marciano's record...for wins. But he's gonna need 21 consecutive KO's to tie him in that category. And all that by 6 years ago (Rocky was 32 when he quit).
The only way I can see Pac winning is if the ref doesn't reward Mayweather's method of 2-punch combos, then grabbing and resting and resting and waiting to get broke up and moved to ring center...all of that plays to Floyd's strengths. If the ref lets them fight out of the clinches, and he should imo, then Floyd won't be able to rest so much as he's accustomed to, and Manny will have lots of opportunity for uppercuts, and that is the way he will win...if he wins.
Kenny Bayless just got picked as ref, and Roach says he's pleased with the choice. If Bayless doesn't reward Mayweather for clinching like a damn tick and lets Pac inflict punishment for it...it could be a real good fight.
Still not watching...too expensive.

Pac-Man will fight like a wild man for the first couple rds and be tired. Than Mayweather will give him about 10 rds of schooling.

I will order the fight and watch it with my chick. I hate going out and watching with screaming people and drunk fuckers around. I do hope mayweather wins. If he does I don't know who he would fight next.
