I, for one, DON'T!!!! I did a couple of times in my younger days up in Dallas when Harry Hines was hoping with hookers in cars. That's right, car hooking. You'd drive the length of Harry Hines about a 3 mile stretch then turn around and go back. Hookers would pull up next to you, motion a blowjob or something similar and if you were in, off you'd go. As someone who LOVES slightly risky outdoor sex it depends on the vehicle. I've been in 'compact' cars with enough room for mish/K9/CG but there does have to be some economy of motion involved.
