the bribe seems to be working as per video.

quebec already acts as its own defacto country.

I'd have to wonder how long they can sustain the bribe. 13 billion versus an average of 5 billion for the other provinces.

jealousy is going to be a factor.


the last quebec referendum vote was very close but no cigar. you'd have to wonder why the french speaking half want to stay in canada?????
