Trump and political success
I have never liked Trump.
Compared to other political candidates, he is having a lot of success. I think the reason is he at least stands for something. The others, you don't even know why they are running to be president. The only reason seems to be so they can be president.

It's because he's acting like a businessman instead of a politician. Like how he rather be under the "Independent" Party but since people only vote Democrat or Republican he chose the latter.

I consider myself a relatively intelligent dude, but I'm having a hard time trying to comprende. You don't know why there are running for president but just to be president? That's it? Are you in the voting pool? Registered Democrat perhaps?

We're pretty much voting for who is the least worst, so find something they're doing that'll actually benefit you

Bill Clinton encouraged Trump to run because he knew Trump's antics & reality TV showman BS would bring chaos and civil war within the Republican Party. Now the GOP Establishment is in shambles and all over the place.
The low information voters will make Trump the Republican POTUS candidate. Head to head polls show Hillary spanking Trump in the General election thus making HC the first woman POTUS.
Bill Clinton- Playboy genius!

Trump stands for something? What?
He is just a loud mouth who says things he will do but offers no ideas on how to get there. Like how is he gonna get Mexico to pay for a wall? Mexicans don't listen to shit but the pope and the drug lords. I hope he does get the nomination, they could run just about anyone and beat him. I'm no Hillary Clinton fan, I'm more for Bernie, he wants to end prohibition of one of my favorite things. I would be more for the republicans but they only worry about religious issues and gun stuff. If they came up with a clear plan to replace obamacare with something, and they told us what that something was instead of "we want to erase every word!" I'd go for it probably. But even still I don't think I've heard a clear plan of what they want to do. I like the no preexisting conditions part, I don't think any American is fighting so the insurance company can start doing that again if they erase everything.

That's the best Clintonian conspiracy theory I ever heard. Brilliant! I always liked Bill - best President ever. 8 years of peace and prosperity. And he knew how to have a good time.
But, the current election is really interesting. Sanders speaks of how we need a "Political Revolution". Well, the revolution is happening as voters in both parties rebel against the establishment and their Super-Pacs. Although it looks like Sanders will fail, he sure did get some attention. Both parties need to sit up and pay attention. It is nice when the voice of ordinary people is heard. I cannot stand Trump - he's a consumate A-hole, but I kind of like how he has done so well while spending the least money of any of his major competitors.
President Hilary Clinton. Prepare yourselves.

Vote for Trump and prove that there is a sucker born every minute and two to take em.
People that thinck they are intelligent are acting like sheep because they actually believe that he can make everything better because he is not one of "them".
Listen to what the man actually says and then listen to how he says he is going to do it. You will hear one but not the other.
Anybody that believes that this man can do something to make things better or that he will somehow magically restore our government to it's constitutional roots are not only drinking but practicing in the delivery of the KooAide.
I will say this, he is rallying the stay at home and sit on their hands people that are too jaded to actually put a valid thought into the process of electing a person to operate our government.
Sine JEB! has wasted his donors money and quit, the establishment is scurrying to pull Rubio into the establishment fold more deeply than he currently resides. They know he can be bought and his price is not very high. Expect the party money to flow to Rubio since the establishment has no control over Cruz and his price seems to be loses affordable than Rubio's.
Now if you are a Democrat, I am sorry for you. You get to pick between an idiot and a criminal. With one you know what you are getting, a lesbian that has no issue with being a cuckold just as long as she doesn't have to have anything to do with it (its an aversion to dicks even though she married one).
Me personally, I am going to make my decision on election day of the primaries. I do not hold out much hope for this nation and feel we are rapidly approaching full scale idiocracy.

That is a good Clinton conspiracy. But yeah, he has no chance in a general election against Hillary.
I actually expect Trump to do something really weird before Election Day, like just drop out in September or something. That would be the ultimate reality show type thing

Me thincks you could have said the same thing in 1979 when you had an actor, Ronald Regan, vs a peanut farmer, Jimmy Carter.

it's all quite sickening actually.
300 million people in this country and that's the best we can do?
There is no prayer for us. But it's what America wants in numbers unfortunately....everybody happy at one level....
.....the bottom.

While not a fan of Reagan, and most certainly not Carter, I believe both of those gentlemen went into some sort of politics long before running for president. In addition, I do not believe either were known criminals.
Trump acts like this s a smackdown rather than a presidential race and while he is great, his words, at the art of a smackdown, he has no substance other than buzz words in what he says.
Based on the fact that he has done almost all of what he has done, and much not well at all, it has been done with other peoples money. If you check, we are spending money we do not have and borrowing it from our grandchildren. I expect it will be worse under him, as far as spending goes, than all but Sanders or Clinton.
Talk is not what made America great.
