Can anyone recommend a soapland place which accepts Europeans
in the Chiyoda city / Roppongi / Akasaka area ?

Paradise in Yoshiwara and Kawasaki caters to foreigners, although I hear they are allowing locals now.

I remember there was one in the Yokohama area that was gaijin friendly, near the Kannai station if I remember correctly (haven't been in Japan since 2012).
