He simply ran a site that had a section that allows hookers to advertise. But, according to bullshit interpretation of the law, they consider him a pimp for allowing escort ads and making revenue off of the site. Total bullshit, of course. But it's how they operate. They use trafficking as an excuse, especially during election time.
Honestly, what's the difference between that site allowing hooker ads and this one when you get down to it? Verification of providers? Like, LE gives a shit about that.
Only a matter of time before ECCIE is shut down as well. These sites tend to have a shelf-life.

Ditto. It has never been the case that I solely rely on BP but is has really come through for me on many occasions, especially when I've been on tour. Still, time will tell what the implications of this situation are, even for those sex workers and clients who don't use BP.

I once saw a provider from eccie who told me she had seen an officer right before me but he told her not to worry because she did things the "right way". I think LE actually IS more concerned about trafficking and not professional escorts. Also, as I saw in a BP post a few years back where someone obviously affiliated with LE posted a reminder that anything done under $150 is considered prostitution and not "escorting".

Its been a few weeks since i post on bp. i believe it has almost been 2 months since i took a date that was referred from there. here in NOLA I manly use bp for the 9:30p.m white collar, out of town guys. Their usually the ones that does mind providing the right screening info, and are staying at a 3 to 5 star hotel and has no intention on having drama. There are a few verified/non-verified sites that are better than bp. I also find it better for me to be out and about sliding off business cards in the right crowds.
