Well today has be very interesting...I get an angry text from someones wife in Houma asking me why her husband has my number wrote down on a piece of paper, its a Michigan number and we are in LA,I mean just going off on me...I have tried to ignore her but she wont stop...WHAT SHOULD I DO?? I feel bad for that man his wife is about to let him have it when he gets home...

Any advise would be great..

Obviously this question is better answered by the ladies on this board. But, my initial thoughts would either ignore her or respond back saying "I don't know why he has my number".

Chances are there is bigger issues in their marriage than just this. If they trust each other, she would never question a strange number.

To bad for the poor fellow.

eeek that sucks for him. I would avoid contact...he is going to be either fabbing up a lie about the number or coming clean. You shouldn't be involved with it too either mess up the lie or get a verbal lashing after he comes clean.

Email or pm the guy to give him a heads up. But whatever you do, do NOT talk to the wife. That will make it worse. It's his mistake for leaving your number where his Mrs could find it, but he'll appreciate your continued discretion. The calls will stop eventually. If they don't, let the guy know that his wife has got to stop calling and harassing you. Not that you would want to call the cops on this guy's wife for harassment, but you have a right to your privacy and peace of mind also.

Thanks guys yea she is pissed lol...and I dont wanna be in the middle to bad I have no idea whose wife it is or I would give him a heads up..she didnt say a name or anything just calls him "my husband" so I guess he's on his own in this one.

Keeky. Ignore her is the best way to handle it. If you have a smartphone there is an app to block text and calls. It's SPC, super private conversation, it's a free app and it works great. You can put her the number in the block section and all text and calls will go there. You'll still see them but only when you open it. Hope this helps.

Maybe just send out a kind of "public announcement" to your Houma clients in warning. For the one's who aren't involved, I doubt they'd mind. Probably appreciate your concern and help.

Only problem with hat is you can freak out a few guys that have seen her that dont wana go home today lol

Oh, this would freak me the fuck out. I would be a nervous wreck all freaking day long. BUT, if it was my SO I would wanna know so I know how to handle the war that is about to ensue.

If you have her number you can contact your Houma clients and tell them if this is your wife's number. And just include the area code and the last 3 or 4 numbers. At least the poor guy will know about the beating he's about to get.

I put you providers phone #s down the front of my pants. That way I know my SO won't find them.
