Yes your right a stallion is a male and mare is female but now a days it is very common slang for someone to call a very sexy women a stallion because in this case a stallion is just a term use to describe a very well built or put together women. I'm young and reasonably hip. I got a good GUFFAW out of Dilbert's post. I've also never heard one of my male compadres refer to a woman as a "stallion," and I would not hesitate to call him out on the incorrect reference. I also think it sounds like something you would nickname your dick.
