Mens Club
This is one of the clubs that seldom receives any attention. I have been going there the last 4-5 months and thought an update might be in order.
The Mens Club is an older club that caters to a more affluent clientele. It is currently undergoing a very major renovation. So far, looks great.
Setup:
Main area has 3 stages, tables, several new very nice booths and a Tequela bar. Behind the main bar is a long row of benches where most of the non-vip dances are done. There is a very nice wine and cigar shop as well. Further back is the VIP section that is currently closed for the renovation. Nicer seating, separate bar and a dance stage. Upstairs are a number of simi-private couch areas for VIP dancing. Was nice before and should be outstanding when its complete. There is also an area called the Red Room. This is a bottle service only area. A couple of very private booths can allow for some more energetic play. Outside is a very nice sitting area with a pool and hot tub. Customers can use both for the cost of a bottle. They have suits and towels to use. The outside patio is also used for events like the current All You can Eat Crawfish Boil on Friday afternoons. They even bring in live music from time to time.
The men's bathroom includes lockers and a shower. Very nice.
Weekdays is a $5 cover. Nights are $20, I think. VIP memberships can be had. Outstanding food with different lunch specials every day. The Steak and Lobster Special on Friday is especially good. Have not had a bad meal yet. Some talk of bringing back the Buffet they used to have.
They play a good mix of music. Rock, top 40, some R&B, no hard rap. Nights are a little more to the current music mix side. Staff is very good. My waitress knows what I drink, is very attentive, and always can find me a lady or two if a regular is not there.
Like most clubs, they are not real busy during the early afternoon. Maybe 10-20 tops guys. But always a good mix of performers. Black, white and Hispanic/Cuban are common. A mix of different body types. Most guys should find something to like. Again, like most clubs, it is a bit slower late afternoons, early evenings.
Keep in mind the typical patron is from the higher end of the economic scale. Common to see a Lotis, Bentley, and a Lamborghini in the parking lot. As such, they have more to spend and the ladies are used to such. It's not GPS by any means, it's just a factor of who the clientele are. Good values can and have been found by me, but this is not a club for $50 BJ's. As in all clubs, take out can be had. I find the ladies as whole to be a cut above the average in other clubs. Exceptions of course. They have a dress code for the performers which is a nice, classy touch.
Overall:
A nice club with a great assortment of gals. Friendly staff, friendly patrons. Great food, strong drinks, amenities you won't find elsewhere. Pricer than the average club, but if it's in your budget, well worth it. But if you prefer the less expensive end of clubs, don't bother

As you mentioned, high end you forgot about the cost of shot and drinks. Way to overprice but I think not water down as well.

When did the strip club forum stop allowing discussions? We have posted non-review information there for years. Makes complete sense to do so. And at why would there be a New Thread Option instead of only New Encounters? The forum has always been about not just dancer reviews, but club and general industry discussion.
The forum has a rich history of discussion threads about the strip club industry in DWF. That is the logical place to look for that information. It is lost in the co-ed forum. This is an information exchange site. We need to have the information where it is most likely to be found by people who are interested in that topic.
Same thing for the Amp and Studio forums. We have always used them for information sharing not just encounters.
There are many who will never look here in Co-Ed for this kind of discussion because its not where they expect to find it.
Please return this thread to the strip club forum where it belongs
Thanks

Actually, the regular prices are inline with just about every other club. A beer costs the same as BBD. A regular price of a shot of Crown or Jack is within a dollar of any other club I go to. They have drink specials on Tuesdays. And there are cheaper well drinks as well.
The thing that drives up my tab is many girls like the better quality beverages, as do I. If you let them drink $15 drinks instead of the less expensive ones, yes, you will run up a tab quick.
This is a higher tier club. You will spend more money there. But, you can control a lot of that by being smart. Most of the girls cannot tell the difference between 1800 and Patron. Guess which one is $2 cheaper? Use your brains and you will save some money.
But have no misunderstanding. This is like the Lodge. If you want the cheapest drinks, the cheapest girls, the cheapest activities. you will not like this club. If you want a little more refinement this is a place to check out. It is not my regular club, but it is a strong 2ed

I appreciate this post, obsg. Good overview, good conclusion. I've always felt there was indeed a market for this type of club. I've often wanted a place to relax in just this type of environment. Leave it to Dallas. I'll look forward to visiting.

When Eccie came back from the last "Black Out, the Forums were changed.
The Encounter Report Forums were established and the Discussions was removed from the Forum Titles and Descriptions.
The relocation of Discussions in Encounter Forums has been happening since September 2019.
Hobby related Discussions belong in the Co-Ed Discussions Forums or possibly the Men's Lounge.
As to the New Thread Button still in the Forums, the Owners chose not to remove the New Thread button before the Eccie returned.
To remove the New Thread Button would have delayed the return of Eccie, which was not something the Membership or the Owners wanted.

With respect, this needs to be reconsidered. So much has changed with the board. But the board still needs to offer the ability to find information as simply as possible. The three specialty forums provide a central location to find not only reviews but to ask questions and post information that is of interest mainly to the speciality of that forum. Many don't even go to coed for many reasons. By moving all discussions to coed, the ease of use and value of the board is actually decreased, not enhanced. Posts are quickly lost here. Put information with a common theme together. This is like the newspaper having only a section A with everything jumbled together.
There is clearly no technical reason for the change. I can't see that it makes the mods job any easier. I know of nothing in the changes in laws that would push this. Especially as we can still post, just not in the forum designed for it.
Membership as dropped the the last few years. Everything should be done to increase the experience on the board, not make it harder .
If you agree the discussions threads like this belong back in the other forums, please reply to this thread..perhaps if enough members express their opinions, management will accommodate us
Thanks

The Decision was made and put in place in September 2019 by direction of the Owners.
The topic has been broached before and the Owners were not swayed by the appeal.

I completely understand. But as a member, I will continue to politely request changes that can improve the experience for the users. Especially when there is no cost to the owners to do so. Perhaps if a better explanation of how this makes the board better or even more profitable would be useful. Not that we are owed anything. But we certainly provide to the bottom line. Fewer guys means fewer providers means a downward serial and means less ad revenue.
