I have wondered about this for awhile, and I'm glad you brought it up. Several providers I've seen have mentioned that they've had such requests, and I've always thought it to be an urban legend. Ouch! Just the thought of it makes me cringe. Are we wired THAT differently? How can that not be painful to some?

Yeah, I could never do something like that. I've had all sorts of requests though.
