Blackbearrds is a good time, very chill very easy.



If you've done sex tourism in the Dominican Republic like Sosua or Boca Chica than you have quite a bit put to chance. But you also can get much, much more in doing so for less.


The advantage to blackbeards is that the pricing is standardized. Currently the recommendation most will tell you is to go for the short times which is currently 3000 pesos which at this writing is a little more than $50 US. You can keep them for multiple shots, but that's uncommon and just as easy to get another girl or get a threesome or more-some going as that's pretty much the price per girl.



The other big perk to blackbeards is that when you're done, they are good to leave, and you don't need to do anything else.


What this is in comparison to say finding the chicas in the wild/street they'll quote you much larger numbers at first. The vets all know to get their number on whatsapp hit them up later and offer them 2000 pesos currently, with a tip (propina) promise if good, typically only another 500 pesos or so.

So while you have the greater reward opportunity, there's also the stories of girls that go crazy in the hotel room and end up needing to pay go away money for nothing happening. Or perhaps asking for extra asks, like for drinks, food, or taxi costs that used to be 50 pesos. I'm not sure what the motorcycle taxis ask now but likely is only around 100 pesos ($2 US).


Which is why I recommend blackbeards as it's super chill, girls are friendly, and everything is taken care of, nothing to worry about.



Of course some days are better than other days, like the events on the weekend (Thurs-Sat) are way more fun, but (Sun-Tues) you get a lot more attention. Kind of like going to a strip club during a slow time but the staff is all there.

Has anyone been there recently. Planning a trip for June And am trying to decide between Blackbeard’s and Sportsmans in CR. I’ve been to Sportsmans but never Blackbeard’s. Also any tips would be appreciated

I went last new years to blackbeards. I've not been to Sportsmans. I'd recommend Blackbeards as it's fairly relaxed and you don't really have to worry about anything.
