Google Buzz for the Hobby?
Many of us use GMail for our hobby e-mail accounts. Today Google released Google Buzz, a social networking tool that's integrated into GMail. You can share comments, photos, and links with your followers.
It's kinda like twitter, but with the ability to mark your posts and either public or to pick who can see 'em.
Due to the great "private" option, I think it has possibilities as a way to share info among TRUSTED friends in the hobby; anyone else want to experiment with this? If so, message me, and we can swap Gmail addresses.

No need. I already "swapped" yours with 500 of my closest friends, and one or two who said they knew a friend of a friend of mine.

And people ask why we're friends. Go figure.

My secret is out.
Each of Wayward's voices are my friend(s); I do not discriminate. The same may be said for each of dearhunter's personae; lest we forget the many faces of his life love, sofia. I'm halfway there.
Truth be told, I never knew I had 500 close hobby friends until directed to a local provider's post in the South Texas forums. Still not sure the subject was me because my recollection differs (slightly) from that of the poster. Imagine that!
Only sure thing is number of "friends" has decreased by 1, so all is not lost!
