Never had any bad service, much less attitude problems, at either Uchi or Nobu. In fact Nobu has some of the best service of any restaurant in Dallas in my book.
Neither is inexpensive, however. But inexpensive sushi isn't real high on my list of things I want to find in life. But they are among the more expensive of even the expensive places.
