Default Prostate issues

I'm curious if any gents here have had prostate issues bad enough to require something beyond pills. There are a million Bullshit deals all over the internet. Looking for any intel on the Uro flow and the Rezum procedures or if anyone has first hand knowledge on of the BS deals actually works.. Thanks and PM if you rather.

The down side can be serious. See a urologist first.

I have and these are the two options available, just looking for anyone that has done one or the other procedures and what the results were. Thanks

13 weeks of radiation treatment, or a slow, painful death from prostate cancer.

The only two oral meds that are approved by the FDA that I'm aware of personally are tamsuloisin (Flomax) and tadafil that actually works with the tamsulosin. Both treat the side effects of prostate cancer.

Neither prevent nor treat prostate cancer, the second cause of cancer death among (stupid) men in the US today.

I didn't wait, hesitate or deny. The radiation damned near killed me. If you've been biopsied and test 4+ on the 10 point scale for just 1 out of 10-12 needle samples, you're positive. Don't screw around looking for Chinese ground rhinoceros horn. At best, it's just placebo with a little ginger. At worst (or best, depending on your point of view), it's fentanyl.

Choose your poison.

So sorry to hear about your cancers gentlemen. Cancer is never fun especially not in that location. Think about you all with healing thoughts and prayers. ( Hope you don't mind about me praying for you all through the cancers.) Please know that some of us ladies do care, most just won't post it or say it.

Ben: As someone who has undergone a robotic radical prostatectomy exactly 3 months ago, I can feel your concern. My PSA elevated to 11.8 after 2 years of monitoring and 2 biopsies. I interviewed a very highly rated radiologist and a very highly rated robotic surgeon in DFW. I chose the surgery route. I Had a rapid recovery other than the month of incontinence, peeing my pants and wearing Depends.
The only true drawback is: My dick don't work. As a long-term hobbyist I have tried now 3 providers to see if I can still achieve and orgasm. (still 2 more reviews to write)
Found some success but Man is it different. Good Luck in your journey

Thanks for all the replies, yes it's a big concern. Southern Style... have you tired the shots? A friend of mine had his prostate removed (Cancer) and he was prescribed a Trimix injection. He is super happy with the results, doesn't ejaculate but does get hard and orgasm.

To quote the late, great R Lee Ermey, “ What is your major malfunction, numbnuts? Didn't Mommy and Daddy show you enough attention when you were a child?”

You have a six day old account and are averaging about 10 posts a day. Every one I’ve read has been some worthless, snarky BS. I’ve refrained from posting several times because I know you’re one of those people that just enjoys the attention and relishes in getting under people’s skin. Congratulations! Mission accomplished.

But if you don’t have something constructive to add to a thread, I’m going to wager that the vast majority of folks on here would rather you just STFU.

We return you now to your regularly scheduled programming…..

There are natural and healthier approaches to take. Need to look at a Functional Medical Doctor, or a naturopathic doctor and see what they can offer. Prostate health is tied in with bad colon or inflammed colon health. Lookin at doing a liver/colon detox approach first. Also surgery will have a lifetime of consequences and so will the radiation treatment plan...i definitley wouldn't go that route unless 100% necessary. PSA is an inflammation number and they want that number to be 0-4... if its a 5 they already want to do cancer treatment. I have had 2 friends who had over 20 psa and the other was over 60psa and neither of them did any medical treatments. There are also supplements you can look at like palsametto is great for prostate health. Avoid medical intervention as much as possible and use only as needed.

Had? Does that mean they are no longer with us? if so maybe they SHOULD have gotten the real medical treatments.
