You can post an Ad in the Arkansas Provider Ad Forum so long as your remain within the Eccie Advertising Guidelines.

If you are wanting to find out if there is interest among the Arkansas Hobbyists in a possible visit by you - Yes - within certain boundaries.

You may post in Co-Ed or ISO a general inquiry to see if the Hobbyists would make it worth your while to visit.

You may do so, but must not announce Availability (Dates), Rates, Services, Fees or Actively seek or request appointments in your post.

As long as you don't exceed your 5 Ad limit or more than 1 Ad every 7 days in a Forum - Should be fine.
