According to the White House the original goal of 7 million enrolled Americans was reached (completely disregarding the facts that illegal aliens were signed up, 20% have not paid, over half lost their health insurance, and there is no hard evidence the goal was reached) even after the White House downgraded the goal to 6 and even 5 million. Celebrate!
How many of those people had no choice after their own plan was made illegal? How many of those people did so because they were afraid of being fined (though small) and being put on record forever? HOW MANY OF THOSE PEOPLE SIGNED UNDER DURESS? Duress? Yes, duress a component of oppression. Papers? By order of the POTUS and the democratic party you must comply. You must give us your information or face a fine. Yes, the Congress called it a fine but the Supreme Court called it a tax because a fine would have been unconstitutional. Now it is a fine again but we know what it is.
